Clara Maass Medical Center Presents "Ovarian Cancer: Where We Are... Where We're Going"

While there’s nothing easy about ovarian cancer diagnosis, medical advances offer hope in women who have been diagnosed. In honor of National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, Clara Maass Medical Center is holding a free event “Ovarian Cancer: Where We Are… Where We’re Going” on Friday, September 18 at 10 a.m. at Lyndhurst Health Department in Lyndhurst.
A Clara Maass Medical Center health expert will discuss the most up-to-date information on ovarian cancer symptoms, screenings and treatment options, including surgery, targeted therapies and hormonal therapy.

“Ovarian Cancer: Where We Are… Where We’re Going” will take place at Lyndhurst Health Department located at 601 Riverside Avenue in Lyndhurst. Breakfast will be served. Register by calling the Lyndhurst Health Department at 201-804-2500.
