ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Police are searching for a fishnapper who made off with up to 30 koi fish from a Bloomfield Avenue home pond earlier this month, according to the Nutley Police Department.
How did they make off with more than two dozen marine animals? Engineering skills, police say.
“It seemed as if the suspect drained the pond, making the fish concentrated and accessible,” Nutley police stated.
