Cedar Grove Historical Society Meeting

   Let Them Eat Cake
The next meeting of the Cedar Grove Historical Society will be held on Wednesday, February 22,at 7:30 p.m. in the Cedar Grove Library.  Sharon Farrell, director and curator of the Grover Cleveland Birthplace Historic Site in Caldwell will present a program entitled "Grover Cleveland's Wedding." Grover Cleveland was married to Frances Clara Folsom, 27 years his junior, in the Blue Room of the White House on June 2, 1886.  Cleveland was the first president to be married in the White House. A piece of the wedding cake still exists and is on display at the Grover Cleveland Birthplace.  The public is welcome.
