We’ve all heard how Pilates strengthens your core, but there is so much more to it than that! Pilates is a way to re‐establish how you stand, sit and move. Practicing the method involves neuromuscular re‐education and is a great way to break out of old postural habits, or simply increase your movement efficiency for more active pursuits. Class members will receive individual attention for their specific needs.
