The Spirit of Vaudeville celebrates the ingenuity and individuality of the old time vaudeville performers. It takes place in the waning days of vaudeville when the jazz age was in full swing and the Charleston was all the rage. The tale is told through banjo strumming, eccentric tap dancing, vaudeville stories, ukulele and mandolin solos, and wacky Charleston dances. Some of the vaudevillians represented in the show include: Will Rogers, Ukulele Ike and the Scottish music hall performer Sir Harry Lauder.
