No synchronizing play dates, or babysitters. You can relax and renewknowing that your children are enjoying themselves while you take precious time for yourself!
Meets Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm, $25 drop-in for both parent & child, $5 per additional child.
Parent's class: We all know the daily challenges of family life, and in this unique class designed just for parents, Amy Witmyer will guide and support you. Whether you need to relax & recharge, rev-up & move or simply to be re-inspired, you will experience exactly what you need for balance and renewal.

Children's class: This special class designed and taught by Amy Para, aka "Miss Amy", dynamically combines creative yoga play, story telling, art projects and more!
*Requirements: No experience in yoga necessary. Children's ages from potty trained and up to 8 yrs old. Wear comfortable clothes to move in and know we will be bare foot. Just bring yourselves, your open heart and a smile!
