The Junior Woman’s Club of Verona will sponsor its annual spelling bee for all fourth and fifth grade students who are residents of Verona. The competition will take place on Saturday, February 5, 2011, in the Verona High School auditorium. In the event of inclement weather, the spelling bee will occur on February 12, 2011.
The spelling bee begins at 9 AM, but contestants are asked to arrive at 8:30 to reigster, etc. Registration forms will be sent home from school with students. Contact Verona Junior Woman’s Club if you have any further questions at veronaspellingbee@gmail.com.
