Lauren Jacobs-Lazer, a 31-year-old social worker at Morristown Medical Center, is organizing the state’s fourth "Walk for Vision" in New Jersey on Sunday, October 16, 2011 in Verona Park.
The 5K (3.1 mile) walk begins at 11:00 am, with check-in at 10:15 am. To register in advance, contact Lauren Jacobs-Lazer at 973 476-0002 or email her at walkforvisionnj@gmail.com. Registration is $40 which includes a “Walk for Vision” Tshirt, breakfast and lunch. Checks should be made out to The Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation (OIUF).
