You’ll receive instruction on the essential yoga poses for tone and flexibility and guidance on the key yoga poses for runners.
Each week the essential areas of tightness for runners … lower back, hamstrings, calves, while achy hips, knees and feet will be addressed PLUS focus on strengthening the core and upper body. What you will get each week when you register for the series:
