Four Cedar Grove Residents Among St. Peter's Prep Grads

Saint Peter’s Preparatory School celebrated its 133rd Commencement at Saint Peter’s College on Sunday, June 5, 2011.  Of the 183 graduates, four are Cedar Grove residents.  They are listed here, along with the college they will attend in the fall of 2011:

Christopher Cannizzaro, son of Deborah and Ben Cannizzaro, participated in Prep’s retreat program and played golf and baseball.  He was a four year member of the swim team.  He will attend Rowan University. 

Alexander Linkus, son of Margaret and Alexander Linkus, was a member of the Campus Ministry Team, a Eucharistic Minister, Freshman Ambassador, Marauder Nation, and the Stock Market Club.  He played golf and ice hockey at Prep.  He will attend Saint Joseph’s University. 

Rodolfo Mazo, III, son of Mila and Rodolfo Mazo, was chosen by his peers to be the Marauder, the head of Prep’s Spirit Club.  He also participated in the Asian Society, Band, Campus Ministry Team, Choir, French Club and Exchange, Intramurals, Model UN, Pax Christi, the Petrean and Petroc, the Society for Comedic Appreciation, and the Student Council.  He will attend Pennsylvania State University.

Liam Tully, son of Sharon and Philip Tully, was a member of the Celtic Club and Marauder Nation.  He played football and was a four year member of the swim team.  He will attend Rowan University.
