The following is a message from the office of New Jersey State Senator Kevin O’Toole:

“Some pro-business measures and reforms have helped New Jersey add nearly 128,000 private-sector jobs under Gov. Christie’s leadership, and New Jersey is now 15 spots higher in job growth than it was under Gov. Corzine. These gains make it clear that if Democrats join us, we can regain the rest of the 211,200 private-sector jobs lost under Corzine.
“Leaders in this legislature have an opportunity, right now, to continue this outstanding momentum by allowing job creators to pay for new jobs instead of excessive government. That means fulfilling their word by advancing a 10-percent income tax cut for families and small business owners, as well as working with us to reform New Jersey’s most progressive tax structure and repeal Democratic laws that have led to burdensome regulations on job creators.”
