Office Manager Wanted at the Verona Community Pool

Office Manager– Verona Community Pool employs one Office Manager. The Office Manager, with direction from the Director of Community Services, organizes and supervises the staff and operation of the Verona Community Pool Office.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate
• Supervisory experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Approximately 10 Evening and Saturday Am Hours are required preseason.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a member of the Administrative Team
• Attends all Administrative team meetings
• Works with the Director of Community Services in the preparation and distribution of the annual Rules and Regulations Information.
• Coordinates the sale and distribution of all memberships and guest passes
• Keeps accurate financial records
• Supervises all Gate Attendants
• Oversees the daily operation of the pool office
• Develops and conducts a pre-season orientation program for the Gate attendants.
• Organizes work schedules for Gate Attendants
• Monitors the time cards for the office Staff
• Prepares weekly payroll sheets for the office staff
• Assists the Rec Tent Coordinator in the planning and implementation of non-water recreational activities.
• Assists the Dir of Community Services in the scheduling of special events.
• Performs any other duty deemed necessary by the Dir. of Community Services.
