Outage Temporarily Shut Down Cedar Grove Phone Lines: Officials
An outage temporarily shut down phone lines at municipal buildings in Cedar Grove on Thursday, town officials said.

CEDAR GROVE, NJ — An outage temporarily shut down phone lines at municipal buildings in Cedar Grove on Thursday, town officials said.
According to a Cedar Grove municipal alert sent at 12:59 p.m.:
“Municipal building phones are out of service. Including the administrative police lines. The outage is being worked on. The estimated time of repair is unknown. Please use the respective municipal departments’ email for regular municipal business and 911 for emergencies. For non-emergency police business use: info@cedargrovepd.org. For police, fire and medical emergencies call 911.”
Officials announced at 2:27 p.m. that phone lines were operational again.
