Pool Manager Wanted at Verona Community Pool

The township of Verona is in search of a pool manager and two assistant managers. Requirements include a valid drivers license, supervisory experience, demonstration of organizational skills, ability to work a flexible schedule and standing as a graduate of higher education. Life saving, CPR, WSI and CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include serving as a member of the management team, attending all management team meetings, working with the director of community services in the preparation and distribution of annual rules and regulations information and overseeing the daily operations of the pool office. Additional responsibilities include developing and conducting a preseason orientation program for all staff, organizing work scheduled for lifeguards, monitoring time sheets and preparing weekly payroll sheets. The pool manager will also assist with scheduling special events.
