Report: Verona in Top 500 Best High Schools in America
Newsweek used test scores and other factors.

Verona High School was ranked as one of the best public high schools in America, according to an analysis from Newsweek.
Ranked 296 out of 500, Verona is listed along with West Orange (355) and Livingston (106), according to the report. Newsweek used a methodology that measured how college-ready students were when they graduate from high school.
Scores were tabulated using the following criteria: "[G]raduation rate (25%), college matriculation rate (25%), AP tests taken per graduate (25%), average SAT/ACT scores (10%), average AP/IB/AICE scores (10%), and AP courses offered (5%)," according to the report.
