Roadway Resurfacing Project Begins In Verona This Week
Residents are encouraged to allow extra time for detours and parking.
VERONA, NJ — Verona Township’s annual roadway resurfacing project begins this week.
Beginning Aug. 13, a select number of streets will get milled and paved. Drivers should expect temporary parking changes and limited access during paving. Overnight parking restrictions on adjacent streets will be relaxed to accommodate residents.

- Ira Road — August 17
- Clara Place — August 17
- Lewis Road — August 17–18
- Vincent Road — August 18
- Briarhill Road — August 18–19
- George Street — August 19
- Adelina Court — August 19
Residents are encouraged to allow extra time for detours and parking, particularly on paving days when newly paved roads will be closed to traffic until the asphalt cures.
