Runaway Dumpster Damages Vehicle In Verona: Police
Verona police say that a waste company working in the township inadvertently set a garbage dumpster rolling downhill and into a vehicle.

VERONA, NJ — Verona police say that a waste management company working in the township inadvertently set a garbage dumpster rolling downhill and into a car during a pickup stop on Hillwood Terrace last month.
According to the Verona Police Department, a building manager on Hillwood Terrace told officers that when the waste management company picked up the garbage on the morning of July 12 and placed the dumpster back on the ground, it rolled downhill until it struck a vehicle.
The runaway dumpster damaged the passenger side of the vehicle, police said.
