Saturday Night Worship 6/4 - Special Needs Welcome

The Community Church of Cedar Grove offers a worship service starting at 5pm and completing before 5:45pm with Communion. An open table means that all are welcome.

Although the church is working to design a service for families where someone is autistic or has special needs, this service is generally sensory friendly and accommodating. There are no musical instruments; music is provided by the human voice, with a soft and calming timbre. The service is kept intentionally short and the sermon is simple and direct. We use mainly daylight through the stained glass windows, avoiding bright artificial light. There are side rooms off the sanctuary if needed.
