Summer can be chaotic so we want to make it easy for you to stay well informed all summer long. We have several options available to residents so you never have to miss an event or program update again. The Township of Verona’s website, www.VeronaNJ.org will remain the Township’s primary and predominant internet presence. The Recreation page can be found at www.VeronaNJ.org/Recreation and all Verona Pool information can be found at www.VeronaNJ.org/Pool. We also have a new page for the Verona Waves Swim Team which can be found at www.VeronaNJ.org/Waves. This new page has all the information on the team including contacts, practice times and meet schedule.
In addition to these pages we can also be found on facebook at www.facebook.com/VeronaRecreation and Twitter at www.twitter.com/VeronaRec. Our facebook page will also be updated with photos from various events throughout the summer like pool parties and the fireworks.
If you prefer to have information sent directly to your inbox you can sign up for our Recreation Newsletter here. This summer the newsletter will go out monthly and will be filled with information on all recreation events with a strong focus on the Pool. Lastly, we encourage you to take advantage of our online registration system, Community Pass. If you don’t already have an account it’s easy to create one. Once you have registered in a program through Community Pass you will receive emails from us regarding any program updates including registration deadlines and any cancellations.
