Things Get Chili In Cedar Grove; Elks Raise $300

The Cedar Grove Elks raised $300 to help fund the Elks National Foundation during their 16th Annual Chilifest Cook-Off.

CEDAR GROVE, NJ — The Cedar Grove Elks recently raised $300 to help fund the Elks National Foundation during their 16th Annual Chilifest Cook-Off.

The Feb. 17 cookoff event – held during a snowstorm – included 30 attendees and 11 entries. Awards were given for the three best entries. First place was won by Leon Dupas, second place by Bonny Pluta, and third place by Rob Shropshire (his first time entering).
