VCG Chorus Presents: 2011 Holiday in Concert

Annual Holiday Concert to be held Dec. 18 at Verona High School.

The Verona-Cedar Grove Chorus will be spreading holiday cheer this season at its annual holiday concert on Sunday, Dec. 18, at 4 p.m., at Verona High School.

Musical selections include The First Noel/Pachelbel’s Canon, Mozart’s Alleluja from Motet Exsultate, Jubilate, the doo-wop teaser Down the Chimney, Moonlight Sleigh Ride and many other holiday favorites that are sure to delight young and old alike.  Denise Bastanza is the Musical Director and Paul Villareal is the accompanist. The chorus, comprised of vocalists from all over northern New Jersey, has been showcasing its talents for over 60 years. 

Verona High School is located at 151 Fairview Ave., Verona.  Tickets for the concert are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students.
