Verona Cops Return 2 Lost Wallets

Sometimes it's the little deeds that make a difference.

Verona, NJ – Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference.

The Verona Police Department reported that on April 24, officers managed to return two lost wallets to area residents:

  • 3:20 PM - Officer Chris Scheper took a report of found property from a Parsippany resident. The resident reported finding a wallet on Bloomfield Avenue. The officer was able to make contact with the owner of the wallet and return it to him.
  • 9:01 PM - Officer Thomas Conroy took a report of found property from an Ann Street resident. The resident reported finding a wallet in a parking lot on Pompton Avenue. The officer was able to contact the owner who retrieved his property.
