Verona High School Holds Instant College Decision Day

Verona High School seniors will have the unique opportunity to interview for college and be able to get an answer right on the spot, Wednesday, April 3 as VHS holds Instant College Decision Day.

Instant College Decision Day will be hosted by representatives from Bergen Community College, Essex County College and the County College of Morris.

Guidance counselor Colleen Green has been helping students put together their application and prepare for interviews with the three local colleges.

“Usually student are accepted because the colleges give requirements ahead of time,” said Verona High School Principal Glenn Cesa. “Some positive things are that it's a decision on the spot with no waiting and it provides an opportunity to prepare and interview for college.”
