Verona Man Allegedly Masturbated In Car On Bloomfield Ave: Police

VERONA, NJ — Verona police arrested a 35-year-old man and charged him with lewdness after two juveniles allegedly spotted him masturbating in his car on Bloomfield Avenue last month, authorities announced Wednesday.

According to the Verona Police Department, two juveniles allegedly saw Conor McGee, 35, of Verona, masturbating inside his vehicle on the 500-block of Bloomfield Avenue as they were walking home from school on Oct. 1.

The juveniles immediately reported the incident to police, and were able to capture an “excellent description of the suspect and his vehicle,” authorities said.

Verona police followed up with an investigation, reviewing surveillance footage from local businesses and conducting interviews. Police later identified McGee as the person in the vehicle and charged him with 4th degree lewdness.

Police arrested McGee on Nov. 13. He was transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility, authorities said.
