Verona Named Among ‘Best Towns To Live’ In New Jersey

VERONA, NJ — Verona is one of the best places to live in the entire state of New Jersey, a recent report stated.
The township made the cut for New Jersey Family’s "Best Towns for Families 2017” study, which ranks 511 Garden State towns "through the lens" of how family-friendly they are.
This year, Verona ranked #39 on the statewide list. Clinton in Hunterdon County topped this year’s list, while at the bottom of the list is Asbury Park.

“This year, we reworked our algorithm to take a deeper dive into high school performance while also weighing things like safety, how affordable a town is, average commute time and more criteria that matters to families,” says Cindy Mironovich, New Jersey Family’s publisher and founder.
