Please bring hiking boots (or sturdy sneakers), water and lunch/snacks, if you wish. The path is slightly uphill with flat areas for about 40 min. to the top, then quicker downhill, about 30 min. We will be stopping along the way, so the timing of the hike is based on the hikers present. At the top is a beautiful view of the NJ area and the NYC skyline. The somber and beautiful Essex County 911 Memorial is there as well. We will stop and have lunch in the Gazebo then head on back!

Directions to Meeting Place: Make a right off Bloomfield Ave. (going east towards Montclair) onto Sunset Ave. Make a left onto Afterglow Ave. and meet at the corner of Afterglow Ave. and Ravine Rd.
