Verona Water Main Repairs Take Place On Woodland, Belleclaire
Main repairs in Verona temporarily shut off water in the affected areas, authorities said.

VERONA, NJ — Water main repairs took place in Verona on Tuesday, with work at Woodland Avenue temporarily affecting local residents, authorities said.
According to Verona police, Woodland Avenue between Elmwood and Otsego was closed due to water main repairs on Tuesday morning. Water in the area was turned off for “a few hours,” authorities said.
“Water main repair fixed on Woodland and water turned back on,” police stated in an update at 11:30 a.m. “If discoloration in water, run all faucets to flush pipes.”

On Monday afternoon, similar work took place on Belleclaire Place, temporarily shutting off water in the area. Work was completed and water turned back on, police stated at 6:24 p.m.
