The Verona woman said she found a newspaper marked up with her name and the times she performs several of her daily work tasks.

VERONA, NJ — An employee at a Verona business recently reported that an allegedly creepy encounter took place with a “suspicious” man who frequents the store that she works in, police say.

According to the Verona Police Department, an employee of the Bloomfield Avenue business told an officer that “every day she works,” a man comes into the store and stays there for several hours.

When the man left the store after another visit on April 13, the woman allegedly found a newspaper marked up with her name and the times she performs several of her daily work tasks.
