$100K Jersey Shore Lottery Ticket Sold At Liquor Store

One New Jersey lottery ticket matched four of the five numbers, officials say.

NEPTUNE, NJ — One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn on Saturday, Feb. 5. That lucky Monmouth resident won the $50,000 third-tier prize but purchased the ticket with Power Play, which multiplied the earnings to $100,000.

According to officials, the winning ticket was sold at Rick’s Wine & Liquor, 2832 West Bangs Ave in Neptune.

The winning numbers for the Saturday drawing were: 05, 16, 27, 39, and 61. The Red Power Ball number was 24 and the Power Play was 2X.

New Jersey Lottery officials said players took home an estimated $136,928 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.
