Wall Police Sgt. Graduates From NJ Command & Leadership Academy

WALL, NJ — A Wall Police Sergeant has officially graduated from the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police Command & Leadership Academy, the Wall Township Police Department recently announced.

The Command & Leadership Academy is an intensive program designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and organizational management skills for law enforcement supervisors throughout New Jersey.

Sgt. Chris Mason graduated from the academy in its Spring 2026 Class, police said.

In addition to graduating, Mason was also recognized as the Harry Wilde Academic Award recipient for his region, an honor presented to the top academic performer in the class.

This prestigious recognition highlights his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to leadership development, police said.

Sgt. Mason now joins the growing list of previous Harry Wilde Academic Award winners from the Wall Township Police Department.

“The Wall Township Police Department prides itself on a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continued training,” Wall Police said in an online post. “We strongly encourage our officers and supervisors to pursue advanced education and leadership development opportunities in order to better serve the community.”
