WALL, NJ — Authorities are warning residents to keep an eye out for increased raccoon activity in and around Allaire State Park.
According to Wall Township officials, the Freehold Area Health Department is aware of this activity and is actively monitoring the situation.
Residents are encouraged to stay alert, particularly in the area of Camerville Road.
If you see a raccoon that is acting unusually (such as approaching people or pets, appearing disoriented, staggering, or showing aggression), officials are asking residents to report it immediately.
During office hours, you can call the SPCA at 732-542-0040. After hours, you can call the non-emergency police line at 732-449-4500 ext. 0.
