Applications Open For Affordable Housing Condos In Wall

WALL, NJ — Applications have opened for new affordable housing units in Wall Township.

According to Affordable Homes New Jersey, the applications are for 27 sale condominiums at Horizons at Wall on 100 Blake Drive.

The current listings for Horizons at Wall include two- and three-bedroom condos for very low, low and moderate incomes.

Preference will be given to applicants who live/work in Mercer, Monmouth, or Ocean Counties, and those interested must join the Wall sale waiting list by Sept. 21 to be included in the housing lottery's random selection.

A dishwasher, central AC, refrigerator and washer and dryer hook-ups are included in the condos, as well as an outdoor exercise area and paved parking space for some units (others will have one-car garages with a driveway). No smoking is allowed.
