Responding officers then found two 15-year-old boys from Neptune Township.

One teen was taken into custody following a brief foot pursuit, and the other teen was arrested after officers established a perimeter and found him.

Both teens were charged on juvenile complaints with acts that, if committed by adults, would constitute conspiracy to commit burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, obstruction of the administration of law, and resisting arrest, police said.

Authorities have not released the teens' identities. Both were processed and released into the custody of a parent or guardian pending proceedings in the Family Division of Superior Court.
