Officials highlight pressure from roughly 1,900 required affordable units and warn that roads, schools, utilities, and emergency services must keep pace with rapid growth. Residents can review the report online as future zoning and redevelopment choices take shape.
   

• Only six weekends in 2026 have stayed completely dry in New Jersey (news12.com) — A soggy 2026 has hit local venues hard, with Wall Stadium losing about a third of its scheduled races to rain as New Jersey saw precipitation on 34 of 40 weekends.
