Perhaps the most talked about local ordinance that has yet to be introduced is expected to generate more discussion at the Township Committee’s meeting on Wednesday, March 9.

The draft measure is prompted by a feud among residents living on and around Narrumson Road, and centers around one resident who numerous neighbors have said feeds birds and other wildlife to excess, infringing on the neighborhood peace.

The resident, Marc Vitale, has said he likes to feed birds as a hobby and that he has done nothing illegal.
Several members of the committee have in crafting the ordinance, but have said they feel they have to do something to quell the dispute.
