Drug Possession, DWI Arrests: Wall Police Blotter
The arrests occurred from Dec. 31 through Jan 13, police said.

WALL, NJ — The following arrests were reported by Wall Township police from Dec. 31 through Jan. 13. The arrests include drunk driving, drug possession charges and warrants, police said.

At 12:01 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Joshua C. Poland, 32, of Wall, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams following a suspicious person investigation on Route. 138 near New Bedford Road. After processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 2:17 a.m., Patrolman McKay arrested Jose R. Londono, 35, of Toms River, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Sixth Avenue. After processing, he was released with a summons with a pending court date.

At 2:36 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Hakeem R. Smith, 25, of Newark, on two active warrants out of Union City totaling $1,000. Patrolman Paulus arrested Shadae M. Loyal, 19, of Orange, for two active warrants totaling $389 out of West Caldwell and Fairfield. Both Smith and Loyal were arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle accident investigation on the ramp from Route 18 southbound to Route 138 eastbound. Smith and Loyal were both passengers in a vehicle involved in the crash. After processing, Smith and Loyal were released on their own recognizance as per Union City, West Caldwell and Fairfield municipal courts.
At 9:26 p.m., Patrolman Mason and Patrolman Tancredi arrested Elizabeth A. Simko, 34, of Wall, and Alvin L. Young, 46, of Edison, on charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at 1837 Route 35. Young also was found to have two active warrants totaling $4,100 out of Wall Township and New Brunswick. After processing, Simko was released on a complaint summons with a pending a court date. Judge Joseph Defino set bail at $10,000 on Young’s possession of heroin and paraphernalia charge. Young was processed on a complaint warrant and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of bail.

At 2:56 a.m., Patrolman Tancredi arrested Alysia L. Marcus, 29, of Belmar, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near Route 35. After processing, she was released with a complaint summons with a pending court date.
JAN. 2
At 10:32 a.m., Patrolman Gramlich arrested Michael S. Longstreet, 28, of Toms River on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Airport Blvd. After arrest processing, Longstreet was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 6:30 p.m., Patrolman Wagner arrested Jennifer Carrithers, 39, of Spring Lake, on an active warrant out of Brick for $1,000 subsequent to a business check at 1916 Route 35. After arrest processing, Carrithers was turned over to the custody of Brick Township Police Department in default of bail.
JAN. 3
At 2:39 a.m., Patrolman Roland arrested Shaun M. Snow, 29, of Jersey City, on active multiple warrants out of Marlboro and Millstone townships totaling $1,350. Snow was arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on 17th Avenue and I street. After arrest processing, Snow was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.
At 11:18 p.m., Patrolman Gavaghan arrested Antwyone Morris, 32, of Asbury Park, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Morris's passengers, Domonick Beerman, 26, of Belmar, and Shamon Hailman, 37, of Asbury Park, also were charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Hailman additionally was charged with possession of crack cocaine. All of them were arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Church Street. After arrest processing, all three were released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
JAN. 4
At 8:11 a.m., Patrolman Reinecke arrested Brooklyn Singleton, 20, of Brick, on an active warrant out of South Toms River for $165. After processing, she posted bail and was released.
At 2:33 p.m., Patrolman Spinapont arrested Andrew Ochenduszko, 32, of Toms River, on an active warrant out of Toms River for $350. After arrest processing, he posted bail and was released.
At 3:47 p.m., Patrolman Baker arrested Eric Englund, 35, of Point Pleasant, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop at 2627 Route 70. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 4 p.m., Patrolman Swenson arrested Evan Weimer, 23, of Long Branch, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near L Street. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
JAN. 5
At 8:18 a.m., Patrolman Mansfield arrested Ralph K. Boyd, 29, of Wall, on an active warrant out of Red Bank. After arrest processing, he posted bail and was released.
At 11:49 a.m., Patrolman Marino arrested Kathleen C. Kaparski, 27, of Somerset, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Lakewood Road. After arrest processing, she was released with a summons with a pending court date.
At 6:21 p.m., Patrolman Wagner and Patrolman Lacher arrested Sarah Sauer, 36, of Little Egg Harbor, and Dane Ludlam, 38, of Forked River, on charges of possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine subsequent to a suspicious person investigation on Route 35 near Allaire Road. After arrest processing, Sauer was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date. Ludlam was found to have an active warrant out of Stafford for $551. After arrest processing, Ludlam was turned over to the custody of Stafford Township Police Department.
JAN. 6
At 10:15 a.m., Patrolman Cacciatore arrested Jareal Scott, 30, of Union, on an active warrant out of Scotch Plains for $500 and out of Palisades Interstate in the amount of $5000 following a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Atlantic Avenue. After arrest processing, he was released into the custody of the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department in default of bail.
At 1:02 p.m., Patrolman Hughes arrested Richard Parker, 30, of Asbury Park, on an active warrant out of Wall in the amount of $214 following a suspicious person investigation on Allaire Road. After arrest processing, he was released on his own recognizance as per Wall Township with a pending future court date.
At 4:04 p.m., Patrolman Gramlich arrested Jesse Jimenez, 35, of Ocean Grove, on charges of possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe following a suspicious person investigation on Marietta Road. He additionally was arrested on an active warrant out of Neptune City for $751. After arrest processing, he was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of bail.
At 8:09 p.m., Patrolman Alexander arrested Dorian Sherrod, 38, of Philadelphia, PA, on an active warrant out of Gloucester City for $350 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Airport Boulevard. After arrest processing, Sherrod posted bail and was released.
JAN. 7
At 12:29 a.m., Patrolman Alexander and Patrolman Sprengel arrested Jamila C. Vaughn, 20, and Kiara J. Taylor, 22, both from Lakewood, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Atlantic Avenue near Philadelphia Avenue. After arrest processing, both of them were released with a complaint summons and a pending court date.
At 1:12 a.m., Patrolman McKay arrested Terrance A. O’Neal, 29, of Pleasantville, on an active warrant out of Egg Harbor for $1,923 and another warrant out of Howell Township for $500. He was arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near Marconi Road. After arrest processing, O’Neal was turned over to the custody of the Egg Harbor Police Department in default of bail.
At 2:11 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested driver, Jesse T. Stanley, 18, of Toms River, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on the Garden State Parkway South ramp near Route 34. Patrolman Mason also arrested passengers, Janire K. Bradley, 18, and Dashon M. Copes, 19, both of Toms River, on charges of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. After arrest processing, all three of them were released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.

At 1:27 p.m., Patrolman Smithman arrested Daniel J. Fahey, 26, of Rock Hill, SC, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 at the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons and a pending court date.
At 9:48 p.m., Patrolman Gavaghan arrested Fritzner Georges, 30, of Neptune, on an active warrant out of Neptune City for $251 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near the Belmar border. After arrest processing, he posted bail and was released with a pending court date.
At 10:29 p.m., Patrolman Roland arrested Daniel Brown, 28, of Asbury Park, on an active warrant out of Loch Arbor for $500 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near New Bedford Road. After arrest processing, he was released on his own recognizance as per Loch Arbor Court with a pending court date.
JAN. 9
At 9:41 p.m., Patrolman Santoro arrested James A. Desalvo II, 23, of Toms River, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near New Bedford Road. After arrest processing, he was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute on criminal warrant.
JAN. 10
At 1:29 a.m., the Wall Township Police Department responded to a working structure fire at 1305 Evans Road. The structure fire was extinguished about 2:39 a.m. by Glendola Fire Department, West Belmar Fire Department and the South Wall Fire Department. Three house guests at the residence were transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center by Wall Community First Aid as a precautionary measure due to smoke exposure. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Wall Township Police Department, Monmouth County Fire Marshall and Wall Township Fire Prevention.
At 10:38 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Robert P. Green, 26, of Neptune, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a disabled motor vehicle investigation on Brighton Avenue near Watson Road. After arrest processing, Green was released with a summons and pending court date.
JAN. 11
At 1:46 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested driver, Zollie R. Benton, 54, of Neptune, on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Route 71 near Warren Avenue. The passenger, Julia A. McKenna, 48, of Eatontown, also was charged with possession of crack cocaine. After arrest processing, McKenna was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date. Benton was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institute as his charges were placed on a complaint warrant.
At 9:09 p.m., Patrolman Margadonna arrested Sarah Murphy, 29, of Oakhurst, on an active warrant out of Wall for $1,680 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 18 and Brighton Avenue. After arrest processing, Murphy was transported to Monmouth County Corrections Institute in default of bail.

At 8:26 p.m., Patrolman Margadonna arrested Diane R. Hayes, 29, of Wall Township, on an active warrant out of Wall for $433 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the area of Club Drive. After arrest processing, Hayes posted full bail and was released with a pending court date.
At 11:46 p.m., Patrolman Sprengel arrested Jessica D. Shebel, 42, of Point Pleasant, on an active warrant out of Weehawken for $250 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 in the area of Meetinghouse Road. After arrest processing, Shebel posted full bail and was released with a pending court date.
JAN. 13
At 1:33 a.m., Patrolman Brady arrested Katie N. Dinardo, 29, of Spring Lake Heights, on an active warrant out of Ocean Township for $2,500, subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 18 in the area of Belmar Boulevard. After arrest processing, Dinardo was turned over to the Ocean Township Police Department in default of bail.
