Allaire State Park - 19th Century Brick Beehive Oven Baking

The Village Bakers will demonstrate how bakers of the 19th Century prepared the ovens, made the dough, and baked the bread that was an important part of the survival of the average person.  They will also explain the daily routine of the baker and the duties of the apprentices.
