On Sunday, June 5, 1836, Maria Haggerty Allaire, daughter of James Peter and Frances Duncan Allaire, wed Thomas Andrews, Manager of the Allaire Works in New York City. The public are invited to the Historic Christ Church Howell Works Chapel to commemorate this special day and learn the wedding customs and traditions of the time.
