Motorcycle Crash In Wall Leaves Lavallette Man Dead
The driver, a 26-year-old Lavallette man, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
WALL, NJ – A motorcycle accident on Old Mill Road left one man dead on Tuesday night, according to police. The driver, a 26-year-old from Lavallette, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was heading eastbound in State Route 138 and Old Mill Road when he lost control of his motorcycle near the northbound off-ramp to State Route 35, according to a statement from Wall police.
The Wall Township Police Department reported to the area at approximately 10:07 p.m. Wall Township Police Department Emergency Medical Services, Hackensack-Meridian Paramedics, New Jersey State Police and the New Jersey Department of Transportation Emergency Response Division also responded to the scene of the collision.

State Route 138 east and westbound, from the intersections of Old Mill Road and State Route 35, were closed for about two and a half hours as an investigation into the collision unfolded.
