Movie Sneak Peek To Be Presented At Wall Museum

Two nights of screenings with a director Q&A will happen at Marconi Historic Site.

WALL, NJ — InfoAge and the Tesla Science Institute will present a sneak peek of the documentary film, “Invisible Threads-From Wireless to War.”

On May 21 and 22, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., the film will be shown in the Marconi Ball Room at the InfoAge Science and History Museums complex.

The documentary dives deep into the early development of wireless technology on the eve of WWI, which linked inventors Nikola Tesla and Guglielmo Marconi to a shadowy radio station called Telefunken in West Sayville, New York.

The film is directed by New York filmmaker/researcher Joseph Sikorski, whose 2015 documentary “Tower to the people-Tesla's Dream at Wardenclyffe Continues” was chosen for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences core collection.

Following the screenings, Sikorski will take part in a live question and answer session.
