Public Hearing For Wall Township Budget Set For Wednesday

WALL, NJ — A public hearing for the 2022 municipal budget has been scheduled for later this week, according to the Wall Township council agenda.

The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. in conference room A at Town Hall, 2700 Allaire Rd.

The township first presented the proposed 2022 budget at a council meeting in late March.

The proposed budget for 2022 in Wall Township is $44,840,2776, which is a 1.66 percent increase from last year’s budget of $44,108,272. Taxation accounts for approximately 65 percent of the total budget. In 2021, this number was approximately 64.5 percent.

The 2022 budget will be discussed and adopted at the April 27 council meeting.
