Wall BOE Bribed Accused Students To Leave District: Report
Amidst a hazing scandal, the Wall Board of Education offered at least two students money for tuition in another district, the report said.

WALL, NJ — Amidst a hazing scandal, the Wall Board of Education offered at least two accused students tuition money to attend school in another district, a report from NJ Advance Media says.
An attorney for the Wall school board offered those students money for private school tuition for the second half of this school year and all of the next, the report said.
Both students declined the offer, according to NJ.com.

In November, several students from Wall High School were suspended for "hazing & conduct unbecoming of a student."
Members of the football team were involved in a locker room incident that was captured on video, in which a group of junior players tried to pin down a sophomore. One of the older boys was holding a mop or broomstick; parents told NJ.com they believed the juniors were trying to sexually assault the younger boy.

Parents claimed the attacks happened more than once during the season.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the hazing allegations, and several of the juveniles face criminal charges. Read more: NJ Student Hazing Incidents Happened Repeatedly, Attorney Says
The first student suspended was on Nov. 10, one day after reports came out about the hazing allegations. The other six students were suspended in a time period spanning from Nov. 11 to 24.
All students listed in the documents were also suspended.
