Wall Man Accused Of Seeking Nude Photos From Teen Boy: Prosecutor
Kenneth Megill contacted a "teen boy" who was really an undercover detective, authorities said. They are seeking any other victims.

WALL, NJ — A Wall Township man has been arrested after authorities say he sent sexually explicit messages to and asked for nude photos from an undercover police officer who he thought was a teenage boy, the Monmouth County prosecutor's office said Friday.
Kenneth Megill, 40, of Route 35 in Wall, is charged with one count of third-degree attempted endangering the welfare of a child for debauching the morals of a child and one count of third-degree promoting obscenity to a minor, Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.
Prosecutors allege Megill used an online dating platform to attempt to send sexually explicit messages to what he believed to be a 14-year-old male high school student and requested nude photographs of the child. He was arrested and charged following an investigation by the Wall Township Police Department, the prosecutor’s office and the the prosecutor’s office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The investigation is continuing and authorities are looking to identify any possible victims.
