Police Release Video In Wall Catalytic Converter Thefts

Wall police are seeking tips for an investigation of several catalytic converter thefts reported overnight on Tuesday morning.

WALL, NJ — Wall police are investigating several reports of catalytic converter thefts that took place overnight Monday into Tuesday in the area of the "president streets" off Belmar Boulevard and Monmouth Boulevard and now have at a video of the incident.

The area includes streets such as Roosevelt and Washington, among others, also bounded by Route 18.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen or heard anything unusual in the area between 4:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Tuesday - or who may have relevant home security video - to contact Detective Steve Swenson at 732-449-4500, ext. 1195, or sswenson@wallpolice.org, police said.
