‘A Remarkable Honor’: Wall Police Sgt. Graduates From Leadership Academy
Sgt. Michael Tancredi graduated first in his class from the NJ State Association Chiefs of Police Command & Leadership Academy on Feb. 2.

WALL, NJ — A Wall Township Police Sergeant has officially graduated from the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) Command & Leadership Academy, the department recently announced.
On Feb. 2, Sgt. Michael Tancredi graduated from the academy, which is a program recognized for shaping the next generation of law enforcement leaders.
Developed in collaboration with the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, police said this rigorous 14-week academy challenges supervisors to elevate their leadership abilities.

Among a highly-accomplished group of law enforcement professionals, Sgt. Tancredi earned the distinguished Chief Harry Wilde Academic Academy Award, graduating first in his class.
The police department described it as an honor that reflects Tancredi's "relentless work ethic, intellectual discipline, and dedication to professional excellence.”
