UPDATE: Wall Schools Closed

UPDATE, 6:30 a.m.: Wall Township schools are closed today. A decision on the school board meeting will be made by mid-day, the district website says.

PREVIOUSLY: Officials in the Wall Township School District have announced a two-hour delayed opening on Tuesday, according to a notice on the district website.

The notice also says officials are keeping an eye on the storm and will modify that decision if needed.

A decision about rescheduling Tuesday’s Board of Education meeting, set for 7:30 p.m., will be made by mid-day Tuesday.

The delayed opening schedule:

• Wall High School: 9:20 a.m.
• Wall Intermediate School: 10:15 a.m.
• Allenwood Elementary: 11:05 a.m.
• Central Elementary: 11:05 a.m.
• Old Mill Elementary: 11:05 a.m.
• West Belmar Elementary: 11:05 a.m.
• Wall Primary: AM canceled; PM Noon.
