WALL, NJ — The polls have closed, and unofficial results are in for the Township Committee's Republican primary race.
With 23 out of 23 districts reporting, incumbent Erin M. Mangan has secured 1,330 votes, followed by candidate Jonathan A. Syby, who secured 1,326 votes.

Incumbent Daniel F. Becht, who was also running for one of the party's two open nomination spots, came in third, securing 591 votes, according to unofficial results.
No one filed a petition to run for committee in the Democratic primary race.
