Wall Township Police Blotter: Drug Charges, DWI
The arrests occurred from Monday, Oct. 23 through Wednesday, Oct. 25.

WALL, NJ — The following arrests in Wall Township happened from Monday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.
The information was released Wednesday evening. A reminder that the accused are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On Monday, Oct. 23, at 12:29 p.m., Patrolman Margadonna arrested Tyron T. Whitley, 31, of Asbury Park, on charges of possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, destruction of evidence, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 near the Tinton Falls border. After processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.

On Monday, Oct. 23, at 4:40 p.m., Patrolman Gavaghan arrested Martin R. Palmer, 26, of North Palm Beach, Florida, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Lakewood Road. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
On Monday, Oct. 23, at 9:06 p.m., Patrolman Swenson arrested Desron D. Bacchus, 31, of Freehold, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Belmar Boulevard. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.

On Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 1:17 a.m., Patrolman Corso arrested Fernando J Guerrero, 22, of Elizabeth, on charges of unlawful possession for an unlawful purpose, brass knuckles, subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near the Garden State Parkway. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
On Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 7:45 p.m., Patrolman Cox arrested Oliver L. Norwood, 56, of Neptune, on an active no bail warrant issued out of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office subsequent to investigating a suspicious person on Route 35 near Tarpon Drive. After processing, he was turned over to the custody of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department.
On Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 10:09 a.m., Patrolman Orender arrested Daniel Hosein, 31, of Jackson, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near Club Drive. After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
On Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 12:10 p.m., Patrolman Gavaghan arrested Christina M. Dalton, 27, of Union Beach, on charges of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief and possession /use of a toxic chemical. She was arrested subsequent to investigating a motor vehicle crash at 1507 Atlantic Ave.. After arrest processing, she was issued warrant complaints and transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute.
