Wall Townwide Pep Rally, Bonfire To Kick Off School Sports Year

The middle school and high school bands will perform, there will be carnival-style games and a competition among elementary schools.

WALL, NJ — With the 2018-19 school year under way and the fall high school sports season about to begin, the Wall Township High School football booster organization is inviting the entire town to its second annual Townwide Pep Rally.

The event is tonight, Thursday, Sept. 6, at the football field at Wall High School.

The pep rally and bonfire isn't only about the football team, however. The Crimson Knights Foundation says the event will showcase all of the fall sports teams, including the girls soccer team, which is coming off an NJSIAA Group II championship season. The girls and boys soccer teams and field hockey team kick off their fall seasons with games at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, before the pep rally. The girls volleyball and tennis teams started their seasons Wednesday.
