WARREN, NJ — Residents will be able to comment on three police-related ordinances before the Warren Township Committee votes and finalizes them on Thursday night.

The ordinances include $20K to upgrade security cameras, amend the salary and wage range, and add a Captain rank to the police force.

The first ordinance was proposed by Police Chief William Keane who requested the township purchase equipment and software needed to upgrade the existing video surveillance system in the Police Court building and related areas. The $20,000 needed for the improvement would come from the township's Capital Improvement Fund Account.
